Exchanges, returns and refunds

The customer must request the exchange/return of the order via email caquiandco@gmail.com indicating the item(s) you want to return/exchange, as well as the order number. Transport costs for exchanges/returns are always the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are made within 14 days, as long as the item is duly accompanied by the invoice, has no signs of use and is packed in the original packaging.

The item can be exchanged at the CAQUI&CO store ( Rua José Sarmento nº 11, Braga) or through the post office.

RETURNS

The customer benefits from Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, in exchanges/returns made in the online store, in order to return the ordered items.

The customer has 14 (fourteen) days , after receiving the order at the address chosen by the customer, to make the return .

To return the item(s), the customer must send an email to caquiandco@gmail.com indicating that you will return item X.

The order must be sent to Rua José Sarmento nº 11, 4710-103 - Braga and inside the same packaging contain the order receipt with details for refunding the amount.

The refund is processed within 14 days of receipt of the item.

These conditions are valid for returns and exchanges in Portugal.
